Ed Nichols Memorial Nature Trail
The Ed Nichols Memorial Nature Trail (currently under restoration) is located in the Clarkson City Park serves as a nature preserve that offers a unique connection to nature to the community of Clarkson and its guests. Approximately one mile in length, the scenic Ed Nichols Memorial Nature Trail runs along Barton Run Creek on the backside of the Clarkson City Park and offers a rustic alternative to the paved walking track. The perfect setting for picnics, family reunions, senior photos, or perhaps just a great place to simply read a book or to kick back and fish with a friend, the Ed Nichols Memorial Nature Trail allows park users to escape into another world. The trail will be open to walkers, hikers, trail runners, mountain bikers, geocachers, and general nature enthusiasts!
